- Return Terms
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, and fully packaged, with all accessories, instructions, and invoices.
For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not related to product quality, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Ineligible Returns
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or damaged by human factors are not eligible for returns.
Items clearly marked as non-returnable or custom-made.

- Return Process
Please first contact our customer service at matthew@voltigear.com to explain the reason for your return and obtain a return authorization.
Ship the product back to the designated address as instructed by customer service and retain proof of shipping.
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Refund processing time depends on the payment processing speed of your payment provider and typically arrives within 3-10 business days.

If you require an exchange, please return the item according to the return process and place a new order.
